Always read the label and follow the directions for use.  Not for use in any of the following conditions: Severe cardiovascular, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders; Chronic lung condition (chest or thoracic pain, pneumothorax, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary disease, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bullae or haemoptysis of unknown origin); Respiratory obstruction or severe respiratory pathology; Recent neck or lung surgery; Recurrent laryngeal spasm; Structural or valve heart disease (i.e. Myocardiopathy, myocarditis, angina, marked elevated left ventricular end-diastolic volume and pressure); Uncontrolled hypertension; Unstable vital parameters; Pacemaker; Marked osteoporosis with a history of rib fractures; Lower back pain (severe); Ruptured eardrum or any other condition of the ears.
