Orders under $99 are charged a $14.95 shipping fee including GST. This amount is automatically added to your order total at checkout. We deliver products Australia wide using Toll Priority or StarTrack Couriers. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed by the courier. Most items are in stock and are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Dispatches are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Approx. delivery times are 1-2 business days once shipped pending delivery location. We are based in Port Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
We do not ship internationally.
If your item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided or an unclaimed item, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.
