Fit Feb Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition is open to Australian residents only.
2. The prize is
   1. BodiSure Massage Gun Pro
   2. Quantum Fit Health Tracker,
   3. Quantum Sonic Earphones, and
   4. BodiSure Composition Scale

Prize valued at a total of AUD $433.8.

3. To be eligible Entrants must enter their details on the Competition entry page on <https://tinyurl.com/4may29s5> and enter the competition by providing your name, email and phone number.
4. The winner will be selected at random and announced on the Smart Wellness Social Media pages. The Winner will be notified via email to arrange prize delivery.
5. The Competition closes 7/02/223 midnight AEST.
   1. The Winner will be announced on 8/02/2023
   2. The Winner will have 30 days from the date the Winner announcement is made to claim their prize, after which, the prize will be forfeited.
6. The Competition is run and administered by J A Davey Pty Ltd (the Organiser)
7. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
8. By entering you are confirming that you are 18+ years of age and that you agree to Facebook/Instagram’s terms of use and be bound by the official rules and regulations and the decisions of the Organiser.
9. Multiple entries are not permitted.
10. Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and any other persons who are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the draw are not eligible for the Competition.
11. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition is final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.
12. The Organiser is not and shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunction in connection to this Competition.
13. By participating in the Competition, Entrants agree to provide their personal contact information (Full Name, Residential Address, Mobile Number and Email Address) for the purpose of processing and administering prize fulfilment matters for this Competition.
14. Participants’ personal contact information will be disclosed amongst The Organiser and it’s appointed Vendor for the purpose of processing the prize distribution for this Competition. This information will not be utilised or shared for any other reason other than correspondence relating directly to this Competition unless otherwise agreed to by the Competition Entrant.
